                      Want To Be a Younger You? This New Book Tells All

                      In Dr. Kara Fitzgerald’s new book, Younger You: Reduce Your Bio Age and Live Longer, Better, her clinical pilot trial shows that you can shave three years off your age in only eight weeks by eating delicious foods and following common-sense lifestyle practices!

                      While chronological age only moves in one direction, you also have a biological age, which is measured by assessing how your genes are doing. Exciting new research shows that your bio genes can actually move in reverse through only diet and lifestyle.

                      To determine your current bio age, Dr. Fitzgerald’s book provides a detailed subjective biological age self-assessment questionnaire. By honestly answering the first list of 33 questions detailed in her book and the second medical symptoms list, you will be able to determine your current bio age and the rate at which you are aging.

                      Younger You provides a very detailed eight-week eating plan for achieving and maintaining a healthy, younger body that Dr. Fitzgerald tested on her study participants.

                      • The mainstay of the diet is vegetables—dark, leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, and antioxidant-rich colorful veggies (and some fruits), resulting in a high fiber and low glycemic diet.
                      • The bulk of the calories comes from healthy fats in the form of nuts, seeds, and high-quality oils.
                      • The diet includes moderate amounts of high-quality, organic animal protein, which provide important methylation-supportive nutrients; vegetarians and vegans can adapt this plan to their needs.
                      • This diet plan is somewhat lower carb and contains no grains—especially no grains fortified with folic acid (basically any processed grain product, including wheat and rice flour)—no beans or legumes, no added sugars, and no dairy.

                      It outlines the simple changes you can make to add years to your life, like trading that extra cup of coffee or black tea for green tea (or yummy Golden Turmeric Milk), swapping your roasted potatoes for roasted beets, sprinkling rosemary on everything, and snacking on blueberries! Dr. Fitzgerald’s patients, as a result of her diet plan, have reported:

                      • More energy
                      • Better mood and less depression
                      • Fewer headaches

                      • Less susceptibility to succumbing to viruses

                      From a clinical perspective her patients were also found to:

                      • Have a drop in their blood sugar and insulin levels

                      • Lower levels of antibodies that are hallmarks of autoimmune conditions
