Not only is this book informative, helpful, and interesting to read – it is packed full of beautiful photos of tempting food. Grace O begins by explaining the ingredients and their benefits that may be lesser-known to some, for example- chia, hemp milk, moringa, and soursop. FoodTrients Cookbook Signing Is Smashing Success

Author Grace O was the featured guest at the Flintridge Bookstore and Coffee Shop in La Cañada Flintridge on Saturday, June 2, to sign copies of her cookbook, FOODTRIENTS: Age-Defying Recipes for a Sustainable Life. The bookstore’s coffee shop, where the signing took place, was standing-room only.
