On a recent trip to Germany, I stayed in the Sofitel Frankfurt Opera hotel.  The Sofitel prides itself on its world-class service and attention to detail. They utterly surprised me when I checked in. To my delight and astonishment, Matthias Schulze, the hotel Butler, had done some research on me before I had arrived.
