Simple Curry Cabbage Slaw
Ingredients:
1 medium head green cabbage, shredded
1/3 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
2 Tbs. lemon juice
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce, tamari or shoyu
3 Tbs. white sesame seeds
½ tsp. ground turmeric
½ tsp. curry powder
½ tsp. ground cumin
Instructions:
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well to coat cabbage evenly. Chill for one hour and serve.
