Shrimp in Tomato Sauce Mediterranean Style

Shrimp and tomatoes are a very Mediterranean combination. I use soy sauce in place of salt and add Worcestershire sauce to create a nice depth of flavor. You’ll get selenium from the shrimp, allicin from the garlic, and lycopene from the tomatoes. A Toast to Elegant Crab-Mango Cocktail

When served in martini glasses, these crab cocktails make elegant appetizers for dinner parties. I use Alaskan king crab legs, but you can use grilled shrimp instead. This almond cake recipe works well with gluten-free flour. I prefer the taste and texture of Cup4Cup flour. I also use monk fruit sweetener, which works beautifully as a sugar substitute. Pickle juice makes a nice poaching liquid, but I’ve found that pickling spices without the vinegar are even better for poaching fish, especially salmon.
